We perform audits, reviews and compilations of financial statements, and assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections for government entities, private companies and non-profit organizations in accordance with principles and standards established by AICPA, GAO, Federal legislation, OMB and Treasury guidance.

• Audit engagements are examinations of financial statements, in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, the objective of which is to provide a reasonable basis for expressing an opinion regarding the financial statements taken as a whole.
  
  
• Review engagements incorporate various inquiry and analytical procedures to provide a reasonable basis for us to express limited assurance that there are no material modifications to financial statements in order for them to be in conformity with generally accepted government accounting principles or another comprehensive basis of accounting.
  
  
• Compilation engagements result in the preparation of unaudited financial statements which are the representation of management without our expression of assurance on them.
  
  
• Financial Forecast and Projection engagements result in prospective financial statements that present a current or proposed entity's expected financial position, results of operations, and cash flows based on the best of a responsible party's knowledge and belief, and, when applicable, on one or more hypothetical assumptions.
  
  
• Indirect Cost Analysis engagements are examinations of an entity's essential accounting procedures and practices to support representations to governmental and quasi-governmental agencies as to the rate of indirect costs incurred during the contract period.
